Is this is blood type diet?

Nope! The Metabolic Balance plan requires a private blood test which is used to create your personalized plan, looking beyond your blood type to 36 blood markers in your body to create a unique plan just for you!

Do I need to count calories?

Nope! When following your tailor made meal plan there is no need to count points, calories or macros.  Each meal plan is set up for the amount of nutrients your body needs and shows you which foods you can find those nutrients in to reset your metabolism and allow you to burn fat and shed weight.  All you have to do is eat the requested amount of that food, no calorie counting required. 

100%.  When you follow the plan laid out for you, you will see results.  Of course, your job is to follow the plan.  This is where coaching comes in, at times we all can admit we want the results without doing the work.  If you do the work, you get the results guaranteed.
